The Inkubator: A Writers Group

Second Thursdays from 6-8pm

Led by BW at Bar Crisol, this is not a workshop, therapy session, or a wank fest. It’s a container with warm-up prompts, a quote and theme, brief group discussion…and then we all get to work on our respective projects surrounded by accountability buddies, in community, with mezcal or NA cocktails. Every second Thursday of the month in perpetuity.

Homecoming at La Rosa (Tucson)

Thursday December 4th 2025 from 7pm

David Huckfelt and Tom Walbanks return to Tucson to play at La Rosa, a monastery turned local venue. BW sings a duet with DH and then performs a solo set in the courtyard after the main event. Get tickets.

BW’s new book of short stories and poems is getting celebrated at Bar Crisol, where physical copies are also available here-to-forth. Readings of select pieces by BW as well as several local authors. Free to the public. Mezcal and NA.
